About the Company
Grusha is a licensed fintech and booking platform that enables Russian clients to legally and safely pay for real estate, rentals, and services in Thailand — directly in rubles.
We operate entirely within the legal framework, have a registered Thai legal entity, and comply with all KYC/AML and financial regulations in both Thailand and Russia.
Our goal is to make cross-border payments transparent, safe, and convenient for both clients and local businesses.

Why this position is open
We are currently completing our cooperation with the existing Thai Director by mutual agreement. The reason is her limited availability and inability to dedicate sufficient time to the project, which affects its pace of growth.
We are now looking for a Thai partner who can be actively involved in the company’s development — ensuring faster, more efficient, and fully compliant operations.

What we offer
Official partnership and 51% shareholding in an already registered Thai company
A fully legal international fintech business model operating within Thai and Russian laws
Support from a strong cross-border team: legal, finance, product, IT, and marketing experts
Transparent ownership structure and compliance with all regulatory requirements
Flexible time involvement — approximately 40–50 hours per month
Role focused on documentation and representation, not daily operations

You become an official co-owner and authorized signatory of the Thai entity
Main responsibilities include document signing, legal representation, and coordination with banks and government authorities
All day-to-day operations, finance, and product development are managed by our international team

Requirements
Thai citizenship (mandatory)
Fluent English (Russian is a plus but not required)
Responsible and reliable personality; integrity is crucial
Experience with government offices or banking institutions is an advantage
